Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from ProStack (https://www.prostack.store).

Because our products (eBooks, Software, Source Code) are digital assets that are delivered instantly via internet download, they are deemed "used" immediately after purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned.2

Generally, all sales are considered final.

However, we understand that technical issues happen. We offer refunds only under the specific conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

We WILL grant a full refund if:

  • File Corruption: The downloaded file is corrupt, damaged, or empty, and our support team is unable to provide you with a working file within 48 hours of your report.
  • Misrepresentation: The product is completely different from the description provided on the sales page (e.g., you bought a Python script but received a PDF about cooking).
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same product twice.

We will NOT grant a refund if:

  • Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want the product after downloading it.
  • Lack of Expertise: You purchased a software script but do not have the required technical skills (e.g., Android Studio, Python, Hosting) to use it. The requirements are clearly listed on the product page.
  • Unachieved Expectations: You did not earn the money or results you hoped for (as stated in our Earnings Disclaimer).
  • No "feature" found: You assumed the product had a feature that was never listed in the description.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

  • Subject Line: "Refund Request - Order #[Your Order ID]"
  • Details: Please explain the issue and provide screenshots if the file is not working.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or PayPal.

  • We are happy to resolve legitimate issues.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks (claiming "Unauthorized Transaction" after downloading the product) will result in a permanent ban from our store and reporting of your IP address and email to global fraud blacklists used by Lemon Squeezy.
