Welcome to ProStack (https://www.prostack.store). By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
ProStack provides digital educational resources, software source code, and developer assets.
- Operator: This website is operated by ProStack, based in Pakistan.
- Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller. When you purchase a product, the transaction is between you and Lemon Squeezy, and their Terms of Service also apply to the payment process.
2. Digital Products & Delivery
- Instant Access: All products on ProStack are 100% digital. No physical products will be shipped.
- Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email from Lemon Squeezy containing a secure download link.
- File Access: It is your responsibility to download and save your files immediately. We do not guarantee lifetime hosting of old files if a product is discontinued.
3. License & Usage Rights (Important)
When you purchase a product from ProStack, you are purchasing a license to use the product, not the ownership of the original copyright.
- For eBooks: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to read and use the information for your own education. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the PDF file publicly.
For Software/Source Code:
- You CAN: Use the source code to build, compile, and publish an application (e.g., on the Play Store) for your own business.
- You CAN: Modify, reskin, and improve the code.
- You CANNOT: Resell the raw source code itself on other marketplaces (like CodeCanyon, Flippa, or eBay).
- You CANNOT: Claim the source code as your own original creation for resale purposes.
Violation of these licensing terms will result in immediate license termination and potential legal action.
4. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital downloads that cannot be "returned," all sales are generally final.
However, we want you to be satisfied. We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- Technical Fault: The file is corrupt, broken, or does not match the description, and our support team cannot fix the issue within 48 hours.
- Duplicate Payment: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
We do NOT grant refunds for:
- "Change of mind" after downloading the file.
- Failure to read the "Requirements" (e.g., buying a Python script but not knowing how to use Python).
- Earnings dissatisfaction (see Section 5).
To request a refund, contact us at support@prostack.com with your Order ID.
5. Earnings Disclaimer
Every effort has been made to accurately represent our products and their potential. However, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques or software provided.
- Examples in our materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings.
- Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, ideas, and techniques.
- We are not financial advisors.
6. Limitation of Liability
ProStack and its owners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
